Apcalis SX is an effective drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. It contains Tadalafil as an active substance, which is a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5).
When sexual stimulation causes local release of nitric oxide, inhibition of PDE 5 by Apcalis SX increases levels of cGMP in the cavernous body of the penis. Thus, arterial smooth muscles relax and blood flows to the tissues of the penis that cause erections.
Apcalis SX improves erection and lets you achieve successful sexual intercourse. The drug has been clinically proven to work for up to 36 hours.
